We get up in the morning feeling even more tired than when we went to sleep. This is a sure sign that your body, even though it had its eight hour repair sleep, it is still not healing. This could be because of many reasons; stress, bad sleeping habits, you are over worked, fatigue, ailments, etc. Relaxation, de-stressing, exercise and being happy are remedies everyone should adopt into their lifestyle.
